We are the only company with the right to use the Earth Green name and logo. We have state and federal trademarks and have used our name since 1997.

A company in Longmont calling itself “Earth Green Landscape and Fence, LLC” is using our logo and trading on our reputation, hoping to fool you. We have brought an action against that company for trademark infringement, and a court has issued an order restraining it from using our trademark, but want you to know that they are NOT US.
